When a model fills out the Typeform application, Make triggers an automation sequence.
Make sends a summary of the application to the recruitment team on Discord and logs the data in a Notion database.
Contract Management:
If a model is selected, Make sends a trigger to a contract management system like DocuSign or HelloSign to dispatch a contract to the model.
Once the contract is signed, Make automatically updates the model's status in Notion and notifies the team on Discord.
Notion Template Configuration:
After contract signing, Make generates a personalized Notion workspace for the model using predefined templates that include task lists, schedules, and content guidelines.
Welcome to Group Chats:
Make adds the model to relevant Telegram and WhatsApp group chats for communication and community building.
Chatter Onboarding:
Chatter Signup via Typeform:
Chatters sign up through a separate Typeform, which triggers a different sequence in Make.
The chatter's application is logged in Notion, and the recruitment team is notified on Discord.
Automated Role Assignment in Discord:
Upon approval, chatters are automatically assigned the 'new' role in Discord and given access to a welcome channel with introductory information.
Training and Documentation:
Chatters are then moved to 'training' where Make provides them with access to training materials and tracks their progress.
Make can monitor chatter completion of training modules by checking submissions or quiz results in a connected system or through Discord interactions.
Contract Handling for Chatters:
If there's a contract or agreement needed for chatters, Make initiates this process with the contract management system and updates Notion and Discord upon completion.
Integrating Group Chats:

Set up Make to monitor the group chats for key terms or questions, and automatically provide responses or flag messages for human follow-up.
