I need a detail-oriented cost consultant who can turn my 60,000 sq ft residential project (basement + ground + 13 upper floors) in Mumbai into a complete, MCGM-compliant bid package. Using my structural drawings, you will:
• Extract accurate quantity take-offs directly from the plans
• Build a fully itemised Bill of Quantities aligned with the latest MCGM Schedule of Rates (SOR)
• Draft clear technical specifications for every trade and material called up in the BOQ
• Compile the whole lot into a draft tender document ready for issue, with the usual preambles, pricing schedules and general conditions that MCGM expects
Precision against the SOR, consistency between drawings and BOQ, and an easy-to-follow tender format are the success criteria I’ll use to sign off the work. If you already work fluently with AutoCAD, Excel and standard tender templates for Mumbai municipal jobs, you’ll be able to move quickly.
