MBA Virtual Internship Program Blueprint -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for experienced freelancer with an MBA and demonstrated EdTech/curriculum design expertise to create comprehensive, 24-week, fully remote/virtual internship programs for MBA students. The goal is to provide students with project-based, simulation-rich experiences that closely mirror roles at leading organizations in each domain and deliver high-value, real-world learning.

Scope of Work:
• Design 5 highly-attractive virtual internship roles per domain:
• Domains: Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, Strategy & Consulting, Business Technology & Analytics
• Each role’s title and project focus should be benchmarked against leading companies (e.g., Unilever, Amazon, Deloitte, Pfizer, JP Morgan)
• For each role (overall 25 total between 7 domains):
• Write a clear, appealing role description
• Develop a 24-week structured learning plan, broken down by weekly deliverables, milestones, and virtual assignments
• All projects and tasks must simulate real organizational work (strategy, analysis, communication, tech-driven workflows, etc.)
• Design assignments that make use of online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Tableau, Canva, Miro, Trello, etc.)
• Each internship should culminate in a “capstone” project/presentation suitable for a student portfolio
• Other Requirements:
• Create rubrics and KPIs for tracking student progress per role/project
• No sensitive or proprietary data necessary; use public/fake datasets or create sample scenarios
• All materials must be fully digital and compatible with remote delivery (PDF, DOCX, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
• Deliver ready-to-use project briefs and student handbooks for each role
