Looking for a software architect with project management experience

I want you to make a software documentation. I will give you the requirement lists including some diagrams. I want you to plan and design solution for a team of 5 people and list the user stories for agile development. Please bid the amount you want to work with. Time and budget is limited but there can be future scope of work in the same project.
