Looking for a Project Manager (German)

Project Manager (German)
Responsibilities :
• Deliver an MVP from conception through to physical product within a limited time in line with
business requirements.
• Support rapid evaluation of a product's feasibility, desirability and viability (with incubation)
• Lead cross-functional team to deliver. Raise blockers
• Work with incubation to run micro tests/experiments to regularly test hypotheses
• Clarify user journey and value proposition, and next steps, plus baking in QA to development
• Documentation of decisions and reasons
• Lead transformation process within core business
• Ensuring legal requirements/regulations are adhered to in markets, with incubation
• Coordinate regular (monthly minimum) sessions with the regional team to monitor progress
• Lite-touch design skills to build clickable prototypes for early stage testing
• Lite-touch tech skills to do “spikes” into technology platforms and explain the complexities

Experience :
• Lean product management
• Business model validation
• Assessing tech costs and effort
• Leading change in organisations without authority
• Working early stage products
• Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills + great at working with humans
• Wonderful documentation skills.
