Looking for an EXPERIENCED project manager!

Hello,
We have multiple web development projects going on at the same time. I need someone who can CONSISTENTLY show up for work (online), do his job, OK with monitoring, can work with minimal supervision and committed to a project once he agrees.
You must:
- Have experience as a PROJECT MANAGER
- Know how to work independently
- Have 4.9 rating or better
- Have RELEVANT reviews as a project manager
- Able to create progress reports
- Manage a team of approx. 5 people
- Have basic understanding about social media
- Can sign an NDA
I need someone with who can work 40 hours a week. This project pays $600/month or best offer so please do NOT bid much higher than that.
