Looking for CTO(senior full-stack lead developer/manager) for our company

Hello.
We're a software company based in Texas and we have hundreds of long-term customers/ongoing projects already.
We also have got several developer teams from Europe and Asia, and they work based on scrum and agile methodologies.
We use Github for source code control management, Jira/Asana for task management, Time Tracker for tracking workings, Slack/Microsoft Teams for communication.
We're looking for an experienced CTO(senior full-stack lead developer/manager) who can manage developers and project managers in our company.
He should have not only good technical skills & background but also good management skills that can manage several senior/junior developers.
Management skill is more important than technical skills because he won't develop the codes by himself in most cases.

The required ability should be...
- Do daily scrum meetings with developers.
- Check daily code commits/reports of every developer.
- Do Mentoring Junior developers when they have technical blockers or issues.
- Setup new email when new developers join to company.
- Invite new developers to GitHub, Slack, Jira, time tracker for new projects.
- Communicate with Product owners and report the project's progress to him every day.

Preferred skills(optional).
- Ability to understand the task requirements correctly.
- Suggest what kind of developer is needed to complete the project.
- Do technical interviews for incoming new developers.
- Good communication skills (Verbal English).
- Timezone should be UTC+2 (Germany timezone)
This should be a full-time job, and we're looking for a hard-working person who has good technical/management skills. Salary will be paid based on weekly or monthly payments.
