We are an agency expanding into the US, EU, and Canada job markets. We already have a strong team of senior developers, and now we are looking for a reliable and confident person who can handle client interviews on our behalf.
Your Role:
Attend and handle job interviews with clients (mainly in English)
Represent our developers professionally
Communicate clearly and confidently during calls
Understand basic technical discussions (preferred but not required)
Requirements:
Based in the US, EU, or Canada
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and responsible personality
Experience in interviews or client communication is a plus
Payment:
This is a profit-sharing role
You will receive 25% of the project profit for each successful deal you help close
