Logo Delivery via PM Tool

I already have the logo designed; what I need now is a fool-proof way to let the requester view it inside a project-management environment rather than sending files back and forth. My preference is to upload it directly to a project management tool so everything stays organised and versioned.

Here’s the help I’m after:
• Recommend (or confirm) the most straightforward PM platform for this single-asset hand-off.
• Set up a space, board, or project with the right permissions so the client can log in and view/download the logo without friction.
• Show me exactly where and how to upload the file, add any preview or description text, and enable comments for feedback.
• Provide a brief, repeatable checklist so I can do the same for future design deliveries.

If you can walk me through the steps on a live screen-share or supply a concise written guide with screenshots, even better. The end goal is simple: my client clicks once, sees the logo, and can respond—all inside the chosen PM tool.
