I’m gearing up for a large-scale product-launch exhibition and now need a fully developed Level-5 schedule that leaves no activity untracked. The programme must cover every step—from early preparation and material procurement through construction, live operation, and final dismantling—so the entire team can work to a single, authoritative timeline.
I will rely on Project Wise as the primary scheduling environment, so deep, practical experience in that platform is essential. If you can also export or mirror the plan in Primavera or MS Project that’s a plus, but Project Wise will be the live file of record.
Because this is a launch event, timing is critical and dependencies are tight. I’ll supply high-level milestones, venue constraints, and any fixed hand-off dates; I need you to break these down into Level-5 detail with clear logic links, resources, and calendars. Add meaningful float where possible and flag all critical-path tasks so we can track slippage in real time.
Deliverables (all files in English):
• Native Project Wise schedule at Level-5 granularity
• PDF and XLS printouts for quick stakeholder reviews
• One concise narrative explaining schedule logic, key risks, and your assumed calendars
