Lead-Gen Campaign Project Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This engagement centers on planning, executing, and tracking a marketing campaign whose single, measurable purpose is lead generation. The project already has budget approval and executive backing; what it still needs is structured oversight, tight coordination among copy, design, and media teams, and clear reporting against agreed KPIs.
Scope of work
• Translate the strategic brief into a detailed campaign roadmap with milestones, owner assignments, and risk mitigation steps.
• Coordinate creative production, media buying, and tech integrations (CRM, landing pages, tracking pixels) so every asset ships on schedule and in the right format.
• Stand up a simple but reliable analytics workflow that reports new-lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rate in near-real-time.
• Run weekly stand-ups and provide concise status summaries to stakeholders, highlighting blockers early and proposing data-backed solutions.
• On completion, deliver a post-mortem deck summarizing performance against targets plus recommendations for optimisation.
Success will be judged on three metrics: campaign launch meeting every deadline in the roadmap, data accuracy within 2 % variance across platforms, and a final lead count that meets or exceeds the agreed KPI.
I’m open to whichever mix of channels—paid social, search, email nurturing, retargeting—best hits the target; part of your remit is advising on that mix and reallocating spend as performance data emerges.
Tell me briefly about comparable lead-gen campaigns you’ve steered from kick-off to wrap-up and which tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Data Studio) you used to keep everyone aligned and informed.
