Launch Buffalo Soup Kitchen Program

I am laying the groundwork for a new soup kitchen in Buffalo, NY that does more than hand out a hot meal. The vision is to serve nutritious food every day while turning the kitchen itself into a hands-on classroom where local youth learn real food-service skills they can take straight into employment.
Primary guests will be people who need short-term help; along with meals, I intend to distribute clean clothing and basic hygiene items so they can face the day with dignity. • A sustainable daily menu plan built around donated or low-cost ingredients
• Volunteer and staff scheduling models, including youth food-service apprenticeships

• Operational budget projections and a clear fundraising roadmap with milestone targets
• Launch timeline with tasks, owners, and realistic dates
