Job Post: South African Project Manager (WordPress Projects)

Pay: $40 per Project — Multiple Projects Monthly

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager from South Africa only to oversee our WordPress website projects. Our company builds a high volume of client websites every month, and we need someone organized, reliable, and excellent with communication to manage the workflow from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their website needs and gather requirements

Fill out our internal project forms based on client feedback

Assign tasks to our WordPress developers and track progress

Ensure the homepage is delivered within 24 hours

Review completed work and request revisions where needed

Present the completed website to the client and manage follow-up changes

Maintain clear, professional communication at all times

Requirements

South Africa only (non-negotiable)

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of WordPress & Elementor (you must know the basics well enough to communicate with clients and developers)

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Highly organized and responsive

Fast turnaround and attention to detail

Available during EST business hours

$40 per completed project
