Interview Scheduling Assistant Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m in the middle of a high-volume hiring push for new work-from-home roles at AETNA Company and need a reliable hand to keep follow-up interviews on track. You’ll take ownership of the calendar once the first-round call is done: coordinate convenient times with each candidate, confirm with our interviewers, and send friendly reminders so no one slips through the cracks.
Everything moves fast, so I rely on Telegram for quick updates and file sharing—please be comfortable using it daily. I’ll provide you with our existing candidate list, template messages, and a brief onboarding session so you understand our tone and internal process.
Deliverables I expect each week:
• A live, well-maintained calendar showing every confirmed follow-up slot
• Timestamped reminder messages sent to candidates and interviewers 24 hours and 1 hour before their call
• A short end-of-week report highlighting any reschedules or no-shows
The role runs Monday through Friday, matching our five-day work week. If you’re organised, responsive, and can juggle multiple time zones without breaking a sweat, let’s talk.
