We are an startup IT company and working with company in the US, EU, and Canada. We already have a strong team of senior developers, but our developer's english level is poor. So that now we are looking for a reliable and confident person who can lead job interviews to success instead of ours.
Your Role:
Join meeting(intro, tech, final interview) with selected profile (mainly in English)
Communicate clearly and confidently during calls
Understand basic technical discussions (preferred but not required)
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and responsible personality
Experience in interviews or client communication is a plus
Payment:
This is a profit-sharing role
