I need someone who can manage the entire project from start to finish, including coordinating with contractors, overseeing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes.
- Experience in sourcing and acquiring building materials.
- Ability to create and manage project budgets.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
