Industrial DPR Preparation Expert Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I already have the full set of civil drawings, the scope book, preliminary approvals and all supporting notes for an upcoming MPIDC-promoted industrial infrastructure project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. What I now need is a seasoned DPR specialist who can turn this technical bundle into a single, bank-ready and authority-ready Detailed Project Report.
The finished document must satisfy every requirement routinely checked by Indian lending institutions and state agencies, so depth and structure matter. In addition to weaving the supplied engineering data into a coherent narrative, you will build out:
• A detailed financial analysis that lenders can interrogate without further clarification.
• A robust risk management plan mapping construction, regulatory and market exposures.
• Stakeholder analysis focused on investor interests, while acknowledging government bodies and local community concerns where they influence approvals.
• A practical project-execution strategy that aligns with MPIDC protocols and current EPC market conditions.
Your past work should already reflect successful DPRs for industrial or infrastructure assets in India; familiarity with BIS, CPWD and state investment guidelines will be assumed. I will supply all drawings and prior notes on award, expect milestone reviews as sections are completed, and require the final DPR in editable Word/Excel along with a brief presentation deck summarising key numbers for the sanctioning board.
