I’m steering an industrial build and need a full project programme turned around quickly. Your task is to translate the scope I’ll provide into a clear, logic-linked Gantt chart with dependencies so the team can see critical path, float and upcoming look-aheads at a glance.
Software: MS Project or Primavera P6—use whichever you’re strongest in. Deliver the native file plus a PDF snapshot.
Scope once awarded
• I’ll send a WBS outline, contractual milestones and subcontractor dates.
• You expand it into a complete activity list from site prep through commissioning.
• Link all predecessors and successors, apply realistic calendars, and surface the critical path.
• Flag any assumptions or constraints you introduce.
Acceptance criteria
The schedule must open error-free, display accurate relationships, hit the contractual finish date, and be ready for weekly updates.
