We are MSP Launchpad. Right now, it’s just the 6 of us. We have a great time together (we’re always on Discord) and being a young, agile firm, we offer a better value proposition then our larger competitors. We’re growing fast and rank on the first page of Google for multiple search terms already! Our website is still a little bit stale-looking, but we’re going to completely revamp it in the next 2 months, into something that will blow minds.
I’m looking for someone who loves inbound marketing project management to the point where they self-educate & always look for ways to improve.

Right now, it's 3 developers, 2 copy-writers and myself.
Notes:
- Previous inbound marketing project management experience REQUIRED (can manage website development, SEO implementation & can perform quality assurance work on our produced materials)
- Fluent / Native Speaker Level English
- You’ll be the main contact point for our customers
- You'll be in charge of delivery and empowered to drive change
- Make sure our PM tool (ClickUp) is completely up to date and used as required by the team. Delegate and enter the tasks. Design more efficient ClickUp setups
- (Co-)Design internal processes, SOPs, SLAs & KPIs in a way that make work easier, not harder
- Self-educates
- Able to work with Western European timezone
- Compensation is competitive monthly salary + performance bonus based on SLA’s and KPI’s + other stuff. Adding up to roughly $3000 p/m to start and growing over time.
It’s going to be super fun! In 3 years, we want to be so awesome that no one will even consider our competitors anymore. We’re already on the trajectory there.
