Improve Customer Acquisition & Tech Processes
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I require an experienced individual who can support a consulting project on site with a client. We have kicked off the project with the client already and are looking to replace the project lead to spearhead the project over the next several months.
Your asks are:
- Understand the client's current processes of selling one of their products/services through fulfillment
- Help create and document process flows
- Work with and gain the trust of key stakeholders
- Decrease the client's reliance on manual actions, ultimately increasing productivity and accuracy, and reducing duplication
You are the right fit if you:
- Have prior experience in process improvement
- Are able to suggest process and technology improvements
- Are familiar with agile projects
- Can manage a variety of key stakeholders
- Understand customer acquisition strategies
You are able to be on site in Portsmouth, NH 1 to do days per week.
