Implementation of smartsheet

Hi, in our company we are looking for someone to help us with the implementation of Smartsheet to manage our projects.
We are a small company (4 employees) dedicated to the development and implementation of small photovoltaic projects. We work approximately 5 projects in parallel. At the moment we have the project management in excel, which prevents us from having an overview. In addition we need a tool to help us with the tasks and their follow-up.
The project is divided into 2 phases. The first one is to implement the project management and the second one is to include the financial control of the projects and the company.
The first step is to prepare an RFP (request for proposal) and then the implementation of smartsheet.
