Iberia-CARE Bilingual Project Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to launch “IBERIA-CARE,” a longitudinal, multi-site study that will follow cardiovascular health patterns in communities across Portugal and Spain. To keep every site moving in lockstep, I need an experienced Senior Research Project Manager who is fully fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
Your mission will revolve around three core responsibilities: coordinating data collection across all participating centres, translating every protocol and participant-facing document with research-grade accuracy, and maintaining clear, timely communication with the people who matter most—research staff on the ground, community leaders who facilitate recruitment, and the funding agencies that keep the project running.
Because precise translation underpins our data quality, prior success translating documents for research studies is non-negotiable. I expect you to bring that expertise to bear while developing and executing a site-by-site timeline, harmonising procedures, and fielding stakeholder questions in either language without delay.
Key deliverables I will be reviewing:
• A bilingual (PT-ES) master protocol and consent package ready for ethics submission
• A detailed data-collection calendar showing how each site’s activities align over the study’s lifespan
• Monthly progress dashboards and meeting minutes circulated to research staff, community leaders, and funding bodies
• A risk-mitigation log that flags site-specific issues early and documents how they were resolved
