HubSpot CRM Specialists
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM specialist to set up HubSpot account. This project involves a comprehensive CRM setup, including custom pipeline creation, database imports, automated email sequence development.
Scope of Work
The successful freelancer will be responsible for the following:
1. HubSpot CRM Configuration
Pipeline Creation: Design and implement 5 custom pipelines within HubSpot.
These pipelines must be tailored to manage partner onboarding from initial contact to signed agreement.Referral Tracking: From introduction to subscription.
Fee Waiver Management: Tracking fee waiver eligibility and application based on successful referrals.
Content Onboarding & Live Status: Tracking content delivery, airline review, and go-live dates.
2 Deal Stages: Define and configure appropriate deal stages within each of the 5 pipelines to accurately reflect the progression of partners and referrals through the RISE program, including stages for fee waiver milestones.
3 Custom Properties: Create necessary custom properties for contacts, companies, and deals to capture specific data points relevant to the RISE program (e.g., airport type, DMO region, referral source, fee waiver status, content delivery dates).
4 Database Import
Import existing databases into HubSpot. The freelancer will need to work with provided CSV files and ensure data integrity and proper mapping to custom properties.
5 Automated Email Sequences
•Set up automated email sequences within HubSpot for key communication points, including:
•Follow-up sequences for initial partner outreach.
•Nurturing sequences for referrals
Onboarding sequences for new subscribers.
•Referral progress updates for partners.
•(Templates for these emails will be provided).
Deliverables
Fully configured HubSpot CRM with 5 custom pipelines and defined deal stages.
Imported databases.
Configured automated email sequences..
Documentation of the HubSpot setup, including pipeline structure, custom properties, and integration details.
Required Skills
Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM setup and administration.
Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub functionalities.
Experience with HubSpot API for custom integrations (preferred).
Familiarity with sales automation and email marketing best practices.
Experience with Fluint (Olli) or similar AI sales enablement platforms is a significant plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The account must be setup for 5 users, database uploaded and 1 workflow started today
