Homecare Scheduling & Healthcare Outreach Coordinator

Job ID: 40245389

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m looking for someone who can keep a fast-moving non-medical homecare operation running smoothly while also expanding our presence in the healthcare community. Day to day you will balance three equally important streams of work: hands-on scheduling, industry coordination, and creative marketing outreach.

Homecare scheduling
Our caregivers’ shifts must appear flawlessly in a shared calendar, trigger timely reminders for clients and staff, and match the right caregiver to each visit. If you already work confidently with calendar integration, automated notification tools, and staff assignment logic, you will feel at home here. Accuracy and real-time updates are non-negotiable; missed visits or double bookings cannot happen.

Healthcare industry coordination
We are strengthening partnerships with hospitals, discharge planners, and physician groups while ensuring every procedure stays within state and federal guidelines. You’ll help us nurture these relationships, monitor regulatory changes, and allocate resources so new referrals transition into scheduled care without delay. Experience liaising with compliance officers and a knack for spotting operational bottlenecks will set you apart.

Marketing outreach
Alongside the operational pieces, I need fresh, consistent outreach that keeps our services top of mind for referrers and potential clients. That includes planning campaigns, refining our message, and tracking response metrics so we can double down on what works. Creative ideas are welcome, but each initiative must tie back to measurable growth.

Deliverables
• A live, error-free caregiver schedule with integrated calendar feeds, automated reminders, and correct staff assignments
• A documented pipeline of healthcare partnerships, compliance checkpoints, and resource allocation plans
• A rolling 90-day outreach calendar with campaign briefs, target lists, and performance tracking dashboards

If you thrive at the crossroads of operations, compliance, and marketing—and can prove it through concrete results—I’d love to hear how you would tackle this role.
