I'm seeking a skilled project manager for a comprehensive home renovation. Someone to help coordinate quotations and inspection on-site and can work with all parties to schedule the work to be completed.

- Work to coordinate with owner, tenants and contractors
- Support scheduling on-site activities

- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Renovation of exterior stair case
- Interior renovation and updates throughout

Ideal Skills:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in scheduling and coordinating multiple renovation tasks
- Experience in home renovation project management
- Knowledge of roofing repairs, particularly with asphalt shingles
- Knowledge of general home repairs
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available
