I have just launched a private home-care agency in Georgia and need an experienced specialist to carry my organization through full credentialing. The payers on my list are Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus Aetna and Humana.
Our scope of service is clear—Skilled nursing and Personal care assistance—so each application must correctly reflect both lines of service and the regulatory language Georgia requires for them. I’ll supply corporate documents, state license, NPI, and any signatures you need; you guide, prepare, submit, track, and resolve every application through to final approval. Regular status updates and proactive follow-ups with each payer are essential.
Deliverables
• Confirmation of successful enrollment or written approval notice from Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Humana
• A brief summary sheet outlining effective dates, provider numbers, and any re-credentialing timelines
The project is complete when all five approvals are in hand.
