In addition, we provide management consultancy services tailored to the healthcare sector. With a strong focus on Southeast Asia, we are now expanding into Indonesia to further our regional presence.
We are seeking a Nominee Director for the establishment of our new business in Indonesia. This role involves fulfilling the legal requirements for setting up a company in Indonesia. The nominee director will hold the position on behalf of the company while we establish our operations in the country.
Once the business is operational, we will collaborate with Indonesia's Ministry of Health (MoH) for the medical device registration process. Please note, this process will be managed separately by our local specialist in Indonesia and is not part of the nominee director’s responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a local nominee director for the company in Indonesia.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations for company formation.
