Hire Project Manager to Manage My Underdevelopment Project

I want to hire a project manager who can manage and follow up on my current under developement project.
I hired a company that is currently working on finalizing my application and website. I expect the PM to follow up on the deliverables, do testing, have a frequest meeting with me for reporting and getting requirements and communiate those requirements with the company and meet with them, and later follow up on those requirements.
Contract type is monthly basis.
