Hip-Hop Release Manager Needed

I'm seeking a project release manager to help with an E.P. release (for artist Roseland En Why Cee).
Alternative, soulful Hip Hop. Think Barney Artist, Ivan Ave, Children of Zeus, Kofi Stone, Yaya Bey.
Essential you have some familiarity with the genre.
My idea of the tasks would be: helping me plan and managing a digital and vinyl release. Along with social content, PR and physical event(s). Using possible using data to get audience insights where possible.
But I’d like to hear your ideas of what’s needed.
Please provide a portfolio or examples of similar projects you have managed.
