Help to prepare execution plan for a implementation project

I need help in creating an execution plan for a project which is into business analytics.. the project involves replacement of old tools/technologies and replace them with new ones.. step 1 is server upgrade , followed by data enrichment in AWS S3 buckets , which is further followed by creation of databases in a data warehouse and final step is publish in power bi or tableau... I need a project plan which shows this implementation done for 5 sites by December 2022.
