Help me optimise my Trello workspace
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have just started using Trello and have 4 team members with a workspace. Each workspace contains work linked to my workspace. I set the overall direction with checklists under cards and each of these checklist items become cards on the other person’s board.
For example, if under Sales card I have ‘Automate sales order process’ (see image) with ‘Product profiling’ as a checklist item, ‘Automate sales order process’ is a list on the other person’s board and the checklist item ‘Product profiling’ from my board is a card on their board.
I track that the item is completed on my checklist while all communications under ‘Product profiling’ is maintained under the card on the team member’s workspace.
We want to see how we can link the cards to our overall business strategy and review if there is a better way to organise the workspace in general.
The successful freelancer will have proven experience in optimising Trello.
