Help me manage my business & Shopify

I’d like to hire a freelancer to help with a Shopify store. I need them to be experienced in project research, customer service, running ads, and have experience on how to run a business. My budget is 250/month and the budget will increase as revenue increases. Must be fluent in English!
You'll be able to work remotely from anywhere. Key points are being able to speak & communicate in English fluently. Have very good knowledge of Shopify and a plus if you know suppliers in the clothing Industry!
