AWARDED BY YOUR CLIENT TO DESIGN, DEVELOP AND PRODUCE HYDROCYCLONE FOR WASTE-WATER TREATMENT.
YOU ARE APPOINTED AS ENGINEERING MANAGER TO SET UP THE FABRICATION PLANT FOR PRODUCING HYDROCYCLONE WASTE-WATER SYSTEM AND RUN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY THE PROPER OPERATION MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IN FULFILLING THE ORGANIZATION NEEDS.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PREPARE A PROPOSAL FOR SETTING UP THE FABRICATION PLANT. THE PROPOSAL SHALL INCLUDE:
1. HYDROCYCLONE WASTE-WATER SYSTEM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SHALL INCLUDE:
i. QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT
ii. MANUFACTURABILITY, VALUE ANALYSIS, AND VALUE ENGINEERING
iii. PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
i. PROVIDE THE PROJECT PLANNING, SCHEDULING, AND CONTROLLING.
ii. PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES USING PERT AND CPM FOR THE ASSEMBLY WORK RELATED TO PARENT AND CHILD PARTS.
iii. THE PROPER OPERATION MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IN FULFILLING THE ORGANIZATION NEEDS.
