I have several student-engagement programs ready for rollout and now need to open doors within government ministries, local councils, and politically connected organisations so these initiatives can move from concept to classroom. Your existing relationships with policymakers, education departments, and elected officials will be central to securing the approvals, endorsements, or pilot-site commitments these programs require.
The core focus is exclusively on student engagement—curriculum design and teacher training are not part of this brief—so every contact, meeting, or proposal you facilitate should keep that goal front and centre. At this stage I am flexible about the exact age group and specific impact metrics; together we will refine those details once we know which agencies or offices are most receptive.
What I need from you
• A clear outreach strategy that lists the offices, agencies, or individuals you can introduce me to, with realistic timelines for each step.
• Coordination of meetings, briefings, or presentations, ensuring all materials meet the formal standards expected by government stakeholders.
• Regular progress updates so I can adapt program content to match feedback from officials.
Success will be measured by tangible milestones such as scheduled meetings, written expressions of interest, or pilot agreements. If you can navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently and your network spans multiple tiers of government, we should be able to launch the first engagement activities this academic year.
