Here’s what our collaboration will look like:
• We’ll start with a short call so you can see my current system and priorities.
• Each workday I’ll send you the goals I draft; you’ll return detailed, constructive feedback the same day—pointing out vague wording, scope creep, or missing metrics and suggesting stronger alternatives.
• On Fridays you’ll share a concise recap of patterns you notice and practical tweaks for the week ahead.
I’m not asking for generic templates; I’m after insight that helps me sharpen my thinking. If you prefer Google Docs, Notion, a shared sheet, or similar tools, I’m flexible. Consistent, thoughtful feedback is the key deliverable.
