Remote Position ( Candidates based in Bangladesh,China, Pakistan, Europe, Africa).
Standard working hours: 11:00 – 19:00 GMT+4, 9 Hour's Shift. ( Mon to Sat )

What You'll Be Doing :
Merchant & Payment Partner Acquisition
Source and identify new merchants and payment providers for partnership and integration.
Nurture leads from initial contact through the onboarding and integration process.
Drive market expansion in assigned regions through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Negotiation & Integration
Lead commercial negotiations, contractual discussions, and finalise integration agreements.
Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and technical integration.
Event Representation & Exhibition
Represent Einpays at global payment and fintech events and trade shows.
Provide post-event follow-up, maintaining dialogue and converting leads obtained onsite.
Skills & Qualifications :
Fluent in English or Bangla or Chinese both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills : comfortable leading M&A Style discussions with Merchants/Providers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in Fintech, Payments, or B2B Sales/Marketing roles.
Demonstrated success in merchant or partner acquisition.
Familiarity with payment provider integrations an added advantage.
