Full time Senior Tech Product Manager
Budget: $3 – $6 USD
We are seeking a Senior Tech Product Manager to lead and support our Europe-based digital product initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to drive product vision, ensure clarity of requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Responsibilities:
*Partner with the Product Owner to shape product strategy, refine complex requirements, and align priorities with business goals.
*Own and manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and delivery milestones with a strong focus on execution and quality.
*Lead coordination across engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth, timely, and well-structured delivery cycles.
*Monitor progress, identify risks early, and proactively remove blockers to maintain momentum.
*Provide structured updates, insights, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
*Contribute to process improvement, team alignment, and roadmap planning using data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Tech Product Manager, especially in complex web, mobile, or SaaS product environments.
*Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams.
*Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
*Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Confluence.
*Solid technical understanding (APIs, integrations, system flows) and ability to work closely with development teams.
