Full-Time Technical Project Manager

I am looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join my team full-time and oversee software development projects.

1- Technical Understanding (MOST IMPORTANT)

- Review technical feasibility with the dev team.
- Support in architecture discussions and resource estimation.

2- Manage projects from A to Z

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

3- Manage the technical team

- Oversee developers in Flutter, React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure quality and deadlines.
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

4- Analyze client requirements

- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate client needs into clear development tasks and user stories.

5- Technical Understanding (MOST IMPORTANT)

- Review technical feasibility with the dev team.
