Full-Time Remote Signage Consultant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
SIGNAGE CONSULTANT (FULL-TIME, REMOTE)
The Signery is seeking a highly experienced signage professional to join our team in a full-time remote role.
This is not an entry-level or admin position — we’re looking for someone with deep industry knowledge who can take ownership, support management, and help drive projects from enquiry through to delivery.
THE ROLE
Manage emails, enquiries, and internal communication
Assist with quoting, pricing, and estimating
Review drawings, specs, and project requirements
Advise on materials, fabrication, and installation methods
Provide build times and production insights
Coordinate workflows (Trello or similar)
Support problem-solving and technical decisions
Identify risks and improve processes
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years’ signage industry experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, and materials
Experience managing end-to-end signage projects
Confident with quoting, pricing, and timelines
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed
Strong written communication skills
Tech-savvy (experience with project management tools preferred)
Able to work 8:00am – 4:00pm QLD time

Enjoys overseeing projects (not on the tools)
