Full-Time Project Scoping Discussions
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I’m kicking off a new initiative with Eray and the very first milestone is to capture every requirement in a clear, actionable format. The goal right now is not to build or design yet, but to have a thorough conversation that results in a complete job description and a living requirements document we can both sign off on before development starts.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions (video or chat, whichever is quicker) that dig into functionality, technical constraints, and any early design or user-experience ideas we already have in mind.
• Translate those conversations into a concise, well-formatted requirements specification: objectives, feature set, tech stack assumptions, acceptance criteria, risks, and open questions.
• Iterate with me until the document truly reflects our shared understanding—this is a full-time engagement, so quick turnaround and daily availability matter.
Once the scope document is finalized, we’ll use it to guide resourcing and next steps on the build. If you’re comfortable leading requirement workshops and producing crystal-clear specs, let’s get started right away.
