Full-Time Project & Content Specialist

We are a fast-growing global media production network looking for a reliable, highly organised, and long-term Project Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time role combining media production project management, content writing, SEO, and AI-assisted content creation.
Main Responsibilities
When we have active media production projects, project administration will be your highest priority. Your responsibilities may include:
Coordinating with clients, production partners, crew members, and suppliers
Preparing project documents, quotations, schedules, and production briefs
Following up on deadlines, deliverables, payments, and project requirements
Conducting online research and sourcing production resources
Keeping project information organised and ensuring tasks are completed properly
Supporting projects across different countries and time zones
Remaining flexible when additional attention is required to keep a project running smoothly
When there are no active production projects, you will work as a content writer and SEO specialist for our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Writing, editing, and publishing new website content
Using AI tools to support research, drafting, editing, and optimisation
Humanising and improving AI-generated content
Conducting keyword research
Optimising articles according to SEO requirements
Uploading and formatting content on our website
Checking content quality, accuracy, grammar, links, and SEO compliance
Candidate Requirements
The right candidate must have:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong professional writing and editing skills
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Good knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation
Strong organisational and project-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to follow detailed instructions and established workflows
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Reliable internet access and availability for full-time work
A responsible, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
Experience in media production, film production, video production, digital marketing, WordPress, or international project coordination would be a strong advantage.
Working Hours and Compensation
Long-term, full-time position
Approximately 200 working hours per month
Six working days per week
Fixed salary: USD 500 per month
Additional project administration commission based on the platform profit generated from projects you manage
Active production projects may occasionally require additional flexibility or working time. The successful candidate must be willing to take responsibility for ensuring that assigned projects are completed properly.
