Freelancer with multiple skills - read thoroughly - I need only the best

Hello everyone,
We are a growing team of Freelancers that are in need of a talented / professional / preferably an experienced team lead / manager with impeccable English speaking and writing skills, must have leadership qualities, must lead from the front and create and manage robust processes and run a dynamic team that is always up for challenges.
I don't care how many reviews you have, but I do care about the person I am going to hire, so be prepared for extensive interviews, filtering and shortlisting if you are considering yourself as the most 'able' Freelancer to get onboard!
You will be asked a minimum of 50 questions as part of the interview and if you don't have patience, hop on to your next project, don't bother us!
You must have the following qualities to be considered to work with our team:
1 - You must be a full time Freelancer
2 - Must be available 10 hours a day
3 - Must be quick to respond
4 - Must have great English writing skills
5 - Having expertise on other skills is a huge plus
6 - You must be able to manage a team, write posts, audit profiles, be good in troubleshooting business related problems
7 - You must have the ability to think out of the box and not 'wait for directions' but provide 'directions' to our team and lead from the front, as a captain ship!
Payout will depend on performance, having said that, I will begin paying 3 USD a hour, which I know is not a lot, but you will be under probation for a minimum of 3 months, 2-3 hours a day or more if you are willing to put in, but I will have high expectations and if you fail to meet them, project will be awarded to someone else!
If you meet / exceed my expectations after 3 months, I will double your hourly price to 6 USD a hour and will also give a one time bonus of 150 USD as a gesture of appreciation for your efforts, initiatives and contributions in helping our business model and team members.
You must be great at research, understand our day to day operations, tweak them and automate some, if not all of the procedures and make it efficient for the business to thrive. Don't be scared if you don't have reviews, prove why you are the best and write IAMTHEBEST on top of your bid and explain why I must initiate a chat and shortlist you!
