Freelancer Project Assistant & Daily Reporter
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run several concurrent projects here on Freelancer and need a sharp, organised assistant to keep everything on track and keep me in the loop. Your core focus will be hands-on project management: assigning tasks to freelancers, finding talent, tracking progress, watching deadlines, maintaining quality checks, and coordinating the small remote team that forms around each job.
Every evening I expect a concise email summarising the day’s activity—what moved forward, what’s stalled, and anything that needs my decision. The email is the single source of truth I will rely on, so clarity and consistency matter more than length.
Day-to-day you’ll log in to the platform, update task boards, review submitted work for basic quality, request revisions when needed, and escalate issues you can’t unblock. If you already use tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or built-in Freelancer milestones, feel free to recommend what will make status tracking and reporting frictionless; I’m flexible as long as I receive that end-of-day email digest without fail.
Acceptance criteria:
• All active tasks are visible, assigned, and carry clear deadlines.
• Quality concerns are flagged the same day they appear.
• Daily email arrives before 10 PM my time with a bullet-point summary and next-step suggestions.
If you enjoy orchestrating remote teams and keeping projects humming smoothly, let’s talk.
