Job Description

We are looking for experienced Freelance Rebar Detailers who can work on Rebar Shop Drawing projects on a need basis. The freelancer will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement drawings based on structural drawings for construction projects.

This role is suitable for professionals with experience in reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Rebar Shop Drawings from structural drawings
• Create Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Ensure reinforcement detailing follows project standards and codes
• Deliver drawings within the given timeline

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Rebar Detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with CADS RC or similar rebar detailing software
• Ability to read structural drawings
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing standards

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in rebar detailing
• Experience working on international projects (UK / US / Middle East) is an advantage
