Freelance Project Manager & Client Liaison
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I manage a steady stream of client engagements and need a project-savvy partner who can turn each client’s unique brief into a smooth, high-quality delivery. Quality is the single most critical success factor for me, and every milestone has to satisfy the exact standards the client specifies—not just generic industry checklists.
You will:
• Translate individual client requirements into clear tasks and timelines.
• Oversee several projects at once, keeping them on schedule and within agreed scope.
• Communicate progress proactively through daily chat updates and concise end-of-week summaries.
• Negotiate any scope, pricing, or timeline changes directly with the client, securing written approval before work proceeds.
• Maintain spotless records—Airtable or ClickUp boards, version-controlled docs in Google Drive, and invoices that reconcile without surprises.
Key deliverables:
1. A lightweight project plan for each new engagement within 24 hours of kickoff.
2. Weekly status report outlining completed work, blockers, next steps, and any risks.
3. Final hand-off package: signed-off deliverables, client acceptance confirmation, and closed financials.
Acceptance criteria:
• All deliverables meet client-specific quality benchmarks with zero critical defects.
• Stakeholders confirm objectives were fully met.
• Financials match agreed terms without discrepancy.
Familiarity with Agile boards (Jira, Trello, Asana) or Gantt tools (MS Project) will help you hit the ground running, though any system that keeps quality front and center is welcome.
If you’ve successfully juggled multiple projects while maintaining impeccable, client-defined quality, I’d love to hear how you did it and the average number of concurrent projects you managed.
