About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance Project Manager to join our team at Gieom. This is a remote, contract-based role requiring coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Monitor project progress using Gieom tools and templates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
Take ownership to understand our product suite and apply this knowledge in client engagements.
Lead and participate in Project Management review calls with customers.
Willingness to travel to client sites for critical project activities, if needed.
Prioritize tasks, delegate work effectively, and ensure accountability across team members.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues with proper documentation and contingency planning.
Continuously track and evaluate project milestones, providing feedback and implementing corrective measures.
Collaborate with other departments to drive excellence in customer experience and project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing projects remotely.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel for project-specific needs.
