As a fast-growing innovation-driven startup, we are looking for energetic freelance
professionals to support the execution of our live projects and help deliver exceptional
learning experiences to students and parents.
Project Overview
This is a freelance, project-based opportunity where you'll work on live, consumer-facing
projects alongside the founding team. You'll gain hands-on exposure to project execution,
marketing, operations, customer engagement, and event management while contributing to
real business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Execute a live, consumer-facing project from planning to on-ground implementation
in collaboration with the founding team.
• Coordinate across marketing, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth
execution, timely follow-ups, and seamless project delivery.
• Interact directly with parents and students to communicate program offerings, address
queries, gather feedback, and support enrolment conversations.
• Assist in planning and executing GTM campaigns, workshops, and experiential
events.
• Create and maintain project plans, operational trackers, reports, and dashboards using
Excel/Google Sheets.
• Collect, organize, and analyse customer and project data.
• Ensure SOPs are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present regular project updates and recommendations to the founding team.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and solve real business challenges.
Requirements
• Open to college students, fresh graduates, freelancers, and working professionals.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and fieldwork.
• Available to work 2–3 days per week.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Stipend: ₹1000–₹1,500 per day, based on the number of sessions conducted each day.
Selection Process
Round 1: Application Screening
Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility, communication skills, availability, and
relevant experience.
Round 2: Group Discussion / Interaction
Candidates will participate in a scenario-based group discussion to evaluate teamwork,
problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Final Selection
Selected candidates will receive a confirmation email with onboarding details, followed by
training before starting the live project
