Fractional CTO — Salary & Equity
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I’m looking for an experienced fractional CTO. It's about getting startup $25k contract, I don't care about the rest.
Compensation is a fixed USD 10,000 monthly salary plus 0.5 % equity that vests the moment we close $25k customer contract. I want someone who is comfortable tying upside to real-world milestones and who can step in quickly to create measurable engineering wins.
Current needs
• Review the platform’s current state, spot technical debt, and lay out a 90-day improvement plan.
• Prioritise and drive new feature development in sprints, working with a small remote team.
• Implement lightweight processes for QA, CI/CD and monitoring so we can ship confidently after each iteration.
• Advise on scaling strategy and cost management as user numbers grow.
