Financial Services Project Coordinator
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a hands-on coordinator who can keep our small financial-services team aligned and on schedule. Your day-to-day work is straightforward: track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and circulate concise status updates so every stakeholder knows exactly where we stand.
Key focus areas
• Stakeholder communication – capture questions, surface blockers, and relay decisions promptly.
• Task organization – maintain a single source of truth for priorities and due dates.
• Light-weight reporting – send brief progress notes and flag risks early.
Tools
I’m flexible on platforms: Monday, Clickup, Trello, Asana, Jira—whatever you handle best. Select and configure the board, create basic workflows, and invite the team.
If you have solid project-management fundamentals, clear written and verbal communication, and practical experience with at least one cloud-based PM tool, I’d love to work with you.
