Xi’an Factory Liaison VA or Guanzhou
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a Mandarin–English virtual assistant living near Huyi District, Xi’an (陕西省西安市鄠邑区大王街道联沣和园 710301). Your main role is to be my on-site liaison with a local clothing factory that speaks no English.
Here’s what I’ll count on you for:
• Translate my messages, technical sheets, and feedback to the factory and pass their responses back in clear English.
• Drop by the workshop when schedules slip or samples are ready, verify counts, stitching, labels, and take sharp photos or short videos.
• Flag defects early and keep a simple tracker up to date so I always know production status.
We also work with five packaging suppliers across China and a belt factory outside Guangzhou. When needed, you’ll coordinate with those teams the same way—mostly remotely, occasionally in person if travel is convenient.
Ideal background
• Native Mandarin with confident English.
• Some familiarity with garment manufacturing; hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of boxes, hang-tags, poly-bags, and other common packaging so you can follow supplier conversations.
• Comfortable on WeChat, email, Excel/Sheets, and cloud file sharing.
Deliverables
1. Translated correspondence stored in a shared drive.
2. Inspection reports containing timestamped images and comments.
3. Live production spreadsheet updated daily or weekly.
4. Immediate alerts on delays, shortages, or quality issues.
If you can start within a week and are within easy reach of the Xi’an or in Guanzhou address, let’s connect—tell me about your factory liaison or QC experience and how far you are from Huyi District.
